Afternoon: St. Anthony's Shrine (Kochchikade)

Visit the revered St. Anthony's Shrine in Kochchikade, one of Sri Lanka's most visited Catholic churches. Day 2: Colonial Churches & Western Coast

Morning: Wolvendaal Church

Visit Wolvendaal Church, the oldest Protestant church in Sri Lanka (built 1757). This stunning Dutch Colonial church is named after the "Wolf's Valley" where wolves once roamed. The church is built in the shape of a Greek cross with walls an astonishing 1.5 meters thick to withstand tropical heat. Day 3: St. Anne's Shrine & Journey to Madhu

Morning: St. Anne's Church (National Shrine)

This ancient church, dating back to the 18th century, is dedicated to St. Anne, the mother of the Virgin Mary. Day 4: Our Lady of Madhu & Queen of Martyrs Mannar

Morning: Madhu Shrine Prayers & Exploration

Day 5: Jaffna Churches & Cultural Heritage

Morning: St. Mary's Cathedral (Charty Church), Jaffna

Morning: Church of Our Lady of Presentation (Thandavanveli)

Visit the Church of Our Lady of Presentation in Thandavanveli, the oldest recorded church in the Batticaloa district, dating to 1624. This church holds an extraordinary place in Sri Lankan Christian history. See the historic "Vammi" tree where St. Joseph Vaz, the great missionary known as the "Apostle of Sri Lanka," was tied and beaten by Dutch authorities for secretly celebrating Mass. Begin the sacred climb around 2:00 AM to reach the summit for sunrise. The 5,200-step climb is illuminated by lights along the path, creating a river of light winding up the mountain.
